Mrs. Kudirat Abiodun Balogun (née Adegunwa) is a highly accomplished finance executive, corporate strategist, and business leader with over three decades of experience driving growth, innovation, and transformation across Nigeria’s manufacturing and corporate sectors. Throughout her distinguished career, she has built a reputation for excellence in financial management, corporate governance, operational leadership, and institutional development.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School), London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Lagos. A committed lifelong learner, she has also completed executive leadership programmes at world-renowned institutions such as Harvard Business School and the Wharton School, further deepening her expertise in strategic leadership, business transformation, and executive decision-making.

She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, Finance and Information Technology at Rite Foods Limited, one of Nigeria’s leading indigenous Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies. In this role, she provides strategic oversight for finance, treasury operations, information technology, risk management, business planning, corporate governance, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Over the years, Mrs. Balogun has played a pivotal role in the growth and evolution of Rite Foods Limited into one of Nigeria’s most successful manufacturing enterprises.
